If you could smell like Pam Anderson, would you?
That's a weird question. But I would imagine this beach babe would smell like a combination of coconut oil with a surf and sand vibe. And I'm right -- sort of. Pam just launched her first perfume line, complete with a day and night scent.

We've all torn out pages from our favorite beauty magazine for that little fragrance strip from the perfume ad. I mean, just because we can't afford the perfume doesn't mean we can't smell like it...at least for a little while, right?

Does your perfume fade after a few hours? Add a spritz to these disposable paper flower earrings, and your favorite scent will last all day!
What do you think? Cool? Or unnecessary?

Sniff. I love perfume when it's soft and subtle. My husband does, too. Why is it that when I wear a pretty scent, I feel...prettier? You know what I mean?
There's a new scent out called Eau Flirt -- made by Harvey Prince, creator of Ageless -- that's a mix of lavender, pumpkin, and other secret scents that is said to provoke passion in others who smell it. Flirting in a bottle? Oh, yes, and it smells really good.

My mother has worn the same kind of perfume for as long as I can remember, Chanel No. 5.
I, on the other hand, have dabbled in practically every kind of perfume you can imagine: woodsy, floral, exotic.

My friend London wears organic coconut oil on her skin all year round -- she always smells summery. If I dab on some perfume, I love DKNY Be Delicious. It has an apple scent that's really fresh and I don't mind wearing it through all the seasons.
Some scents are just perfect for summer.

Perfume. Sniff sniff. Love it. I've always wanted to make my own. I've dabbled in mixing essential oils and used to love to wear a baby powder scented oil with patchouli. But I haven't made a solid perfume...until now.
Perfumer Mandy Aftel says what we all know is true, but don't often think about -- scents affect your mood. Lavender calms, lemon is uplifting, and sandalwood is sensual. I could use some of that -- all of that!
Aftel shares in her book, Scents & Sensibilities: Creating Solid Perfumes for Well-Being, how to make your signature scent and I've got a recipe.

Update: Congrats to yaz21206, Mommyx305, midnitemama, and turkoise for winning!
What if I told you there was a perfume that makes you seem eight years younger? Intriguing, right? I needed to know all about it, so I gave it a test run. Sniff, sniff...it smells really nice and is the perfect scent for spring.
Ageless Fantasy by Harvey Prince is an anti-age perfume that combines the scent of pink grapefruit, mango, pomegranate, jasmine, and musk. It's said to defy your skin's natural age-revealing scent and replace it with the smell of youth and excitement. The secret? Well, maker Harvey Prince isn't telling, but it's all about the citrus and tropical fruit notes that make the wearer feel and seem younger.
I have four 3.4 ounce bottles to give away!

Perfume is a popular gift, but I think it's hard to buy a scent for someone unless you are sure they already wear it. Fragrance is so personal. But one year I got Flower by Kenzo and I ended up really liking the powdery floral scent.
I never really considered myself a perfume girl, until I thought back and realized that I've been wearing fragrances for a long time -- and it all started with Love's Baby Soft.

Man. Meat. Two things that often go together, but as a fragrance? Yep...Burger King has introduced a scent for men called Flame -- now your man can smell like a Whopper.
