regardless, it's disturbing for me as a mother to hear other mom's say he is hot. which I dont think he is. If you are under 25, I guess it's not as weird. But If you are 26 or older, it's a little pervy. I dont go for the baby faced young uns, I prefer MEN , not boys... ;)

I don't think its perverted, but I don't think he's hot either.  There are many older women who are attracted to younger men.  He's over 18, so he's legal.  I mean look at Demi and Ashton.  She's old enough to be his mother and nobody thinks she's a perv.
