V Is Coming Back to TV!

Back in 1983, there was a miniseries called V that scared the living begeezus out of me. V is for visitors -- aka extra-terrestrials, aliens, beings from another planet. It's the kind of film that scares me the most and it's airing on ABC on November 3rd.
Give me blood and gore and I may scream. But show me something from the unknown, be it paranormal or alien, and I am rattled to the core.
Oh I cannot wait!
Four episodes will air starting on the 3rd and then the series will take a break and be back in March.
Elizabeth Mitchell (Juliet from Lost) and Scott Wolf (Bailey from Party of Five) are two of the stars.
Wow...I just remembered the twins born on the original V -- one was human, the other was alien!
V airs November 3rd on ABC, 8pm/7central. Will you be watching?

Yikes! That show was on before I was even born, so this it totally new to me! lol I'm really interested to see it though! What was that show on USA a while back? With the people with the powers? And the kid that could heal people? Ugh, obviously I didn't pay close attention, but from the way you described this one, it sounds like a better version of it! lol
I've NEVER forgotten the birth of the twins! Do you remember? The first one came out and they were SO relieved that it looked human, until...(I won't spoil it in case they do it again). MAN! I will NEVER forget that! lol And the second baby was so cute for a lizard...
I'm really looking forward to seeing this. :)
I'll be watching! Sy Fy channel is airing the original series starting at 7 am central time, so I'll be catching up that way beforehand.
You are triggering my memory Avarah! Yes...the human twin had the OMG I won't spoil it either.
I watched the Sy Fy marathon yesterday! It was so cheesy (gotta love the 80's lol). I loved it when I was little and can't wait for the new one. I hope it's good!
Did anyone else watch last night? My daughter was named after a character Morena Baccarin played in Firefly so when I saw that Alan Tudyk was in V it just made my night. lol

I might check it out. I remember bits and pieces of the original V and it scared the crap out of me. Of course, I was like 5 but it stuck with me.
