There are some strange, strange people in this world. Crazy stalkers Superfans of celebrities have dished out thousands of dollars for celebs' gross body fluid-covered items, half-eaten food, and hair locks on eBay.
After blowing her nose on Jay Leno, a tissue filled with Scarlett Johansson's snot sold on eBay for a whopping $5,300. Someone, please tell me, what exactly would one do with a used Kleenex...frame it?
A piece of half-eaten toast from Justin Timberlake sold for $3,154 and remember when Britney Spears shaved her head? Those locks went for $1,000. Say what?!
Maybe these buyers are using the DNA and trying to clone the celebs so our world is filled with more talented people, but my guess is that they're just creepazoids.
What's the strangest thing you've heard of being sold on eBay? Would you ever buy a used item from a celebrity (doesn't necessarily have to be gross body parts)?

ewww. snot?! thats gross. i have heard of a celebrity lolly pop being sold on auction on ebay, dont remember who it is.
I wish I was famous now, there is so much snot in my house at all times that we could be billionaires.
and how do these people prove that it actually belonged to a celebrity???? i guess those people really take a change to get something that might or might not belong to a celebrity =-/
I think it says something about the strange world we live in. I can not imagine spending even one cent on something like a celebs snotty tissue. When I think of all the great charities that money could have went to, it kind of makes me sick!
Dude, I'd pay a scent for that tissue, turn around and sell it for a $5,299.99 profit, I'll take that.
It's all ridiculous and gross btw.

Oh, what I wouldn't give to have that much disposable income that I could afford to buy a damned snotty Kleenex. Not that I WOULD, mind you (ew!).
