A friend of mine was once standing in line at a popular ice cream stand in L.A. According to his story, along came a certain Australian actress who attempted to walk to the front of the very long line.
The people who had been waiting went crazy—not because there was a real live "A-list" celebrity in their midst, but because they expected her to wait in line just like everyone else.

What's going on in this family photo? I'm have no earthly idea, but it sure is awkward. And that's exactly the idea behind AwkwardFamilyPhotos.com, a new blog that was started as a communal celebration of family awkwardness.

I am fairly new to the Twitter world, but I have already added several celebs to my "following" list. Oprah, Ashton, Diddy -- they all tweet! So I was super excited when I came across the website CelebrityTweet.com...jackpot!

Have you ever been told you look like someone famous? I'm constantly being told that I look like Megan Fox (huge compliment, though I just don't see it!) and sometimes I get Miley Cyrus (actually caused two teen girls to start screaming on the subway because they thought I was Miley...very embarrassing).

It's the holiday season and that means family. If your childhood was dysfunctional, you'll appreciate my Top 5 Dysfunctional Family Holiday Movies list! A few weeks ago, I wrote about the Top 5 Dysfunctional Family Movies. I was inspired to make a holiday list of dysfunctional family flicks because of the great comments I received!
julieh0906 reminded me that National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation is one of the best dysfunctional family movies! cheekycherub suggested adding The Ref to my list.
Top 5 Dysfunctional Family Holiday Movies:
#5) A Christmas Story - Puts the fun into dysfunctional.
#4) The Ref - Dennis Leary and Kevin Spacey make me cry with laughter every time.
#3) Elf - Ed Asner, Bob Newhart and Will Ferrell...how can you not laugh?
#2) National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation - Classic dysfunctional family flick!
#1) Scrooged - This needs to be on your list! Bill Murray is wicked funny.

The Mom Song is a stress buster for moms. I saw this video, The Mom Song or Everything a Mom Says in a Day on You Tube months ago. My sister-in-law sent it to me this morning and it made me laugh. Remember to laugh during the holidays! Laughter is the best medicine.
