This photo of a Black History Month lunch menu is the subject of much controversy of late. It was taken in NBC's cafeteria in New York and posted on Twitter by NBC employee Questlove. Why is there so much anger about the menu? Because many people are claiming it's racist.

My favorite Super Bowl food ad? Bud Light's auto tune party jam, featuring T-Pain. Hilarious. The Betty White Snickers ad, the Doritos Slap, and the Bud Light Lost spoof also made me laugh.

I'm bringing dessert to a party celebrating Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year (both holidays fall on Feb. 14 this year) and have been practicing making this lovely, raspberry-filled cake with coconut-vanilla icing. The verdict? Definitely yummy, but four-layer cakes are way too complicated. Here's how to do it with only two:

The rumor is: Eating pork can spice up your sex life. Not sure if I buy it; nonetheless, I'm posting a pork chop recipe for today's one pot meal: Dr. Pepper Pork Chops in the crock pot. The way I figure, even if pork's sexual powers are exaggerated, you can still have a tasty meal that's easy to cook!

Instead of writing a classic book report on J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit, an 11-year-old student decided to turn in a more creative assignment: He constructed Bilbo's Hobbit hole, Bag End, as a cake!
