Oh, lovely iced mocha...
Aren't cold coffee drinks quite possibly one of the best things about summer? I found a wonderfully easy recipe for iced mochas on Kevin & Amanda.
Iced Mocha Recipe from Kevin & Amanda
Cold brewed coffee (I've heard that you can brew your coffee with a tablespoon of cocoa powder to give it that extra coffee flavor)
Cold milk
1-2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Whipped cream (of course!)
Ice
Put a handful of ice in the bottom of a tall glass. Fill 1/4- to 1/3-full with coffee. Fill the rest of the way with milk. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons chocolate syrup. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Witness bliss!
I make these for myself all the time.. so easy! I brew a big pot of coffee, pour it in one of those close top juice rubbermaids, and then stick it in the fridge and use it as needed. I have my friend who's a barista sell me bottles of the sugar free carmel flavoring - I think you can get them online too
I was wondering how to make my own! McDonalds way over does the sugar in theres but I LOVE a good Iced Mocha!
Thank you for the Recipe for the iced mocha. It was great. My daughter and I will save a lot of money this summer by doing this our selves.
