I love this one-pot idea from Phobez about what to make for dinner when it's too hot and humid to spend hours cooking in the kitchen: a Baked Potato Bar!
It's so simple it's brilliant: Just bake potatoes all day in the crock pot and serve with your favorite baked potato toppings!
I had no idea you could bake a potato in the crock pot, did you? Here's how to do it...
Baked Potatoes in the Crock Pot from Phobez
4 large potatoes
