I'm hosting Thanksgiving this year. It will be the first time I cook dinner with all the fixings for a big crowd. *Gulp.* I've got the turkey under control. But the one food that's stressing me out? The stuffing!
Help!

In a previous post about affordable wine for the holidays, CafeMom VineyardValues told us how to stretch a bottle of champagne or sparkling wine into many glasses by adding fruit juice or puree. That's pretty good advice now that New Year's Eve is just around the corner!
VineyardValues suggests adding cranberry juice or peach nectar. Keep reading for more yummy-sounding champagne cocktails.

Look what one of my best girls got me for Christmas! These are mini reusable plates that sit on your finger so you can balance a tasty treat and your beverage at the exact same time. Never again will I have to juggle drinks, food, cocktail napkins, etc. I can't wait to use these at the next party. Seriously, my friend knows me too well!
Know someone who these babies would be perfect for? Get them at Fred Flare. A set of 10 is $12. And if you order today (Tuesday), it will still ship just in the nick of time for Christmas.

Need a last minute gift? I got this idea after hearing Dorothy J. Gaiter and John Brecher, the wife-and-husband team who writes the Tastings column in the Wall Street Journal, on the radio. They like to give a set of beautiful yet inexpensive wine glasses to their friends and family. Why is this such a versatile idea?

Hungry for a hearty breakfast? My grandma made me a delicious, simple egg casserole when I was visiting her. It's similar to a quiche without the crust so it's more kid-friendly. I thought it would be great to share hereāit's perfect to serve to a crowd for weekend brunch or maybe even on Christmas morning.
