There's lots of opportunities to be healthy in the summer now that so many fresh fruits and veggies are in season. we (dd and i) are defenetly healthier in the summer, hubby is too lazy but we try to take him out lol. we take long walks, go to the playground and even play around in the pool so i say yes, i tend to loose weight in the summer and then gain it in the winter =-/

I know that I am. I hate cold weather and just want to stay inside with tons of blankets on. I go to the gym year round but during the summer I definitely get out and do more. My husband and I are trying to learn to play tennis lately too.
