I'm always admiring the buff star bodies in my celebrity mags—scultped arms, toned abs, great legs, etc. But how they actually get those bodies is a complete mystery to me! I try to add some toning exercises to my cardio, but often I find myself standing there with a hand weight, wondering what the heck to do with it.
This video from Self.com, shows you several sculpting exercises that celebrity trainers use to tone their clients' abs, arms, thighs, and booties.
The best part? All of these can be done in your house, and most require no special equipment. (For a few of them you will need hand weights and/or resistance tubing. Or you can skip those like I do!)
Do 10 reps of each exercise twice for an all-over toned body worthy of the red carpet (or, at least, your carpet).
Are toning exercises a part of your regular workout routine?
