Remember Tyra Banks' "Kiss My Fat A**" moment that aired few years ago on The Tyra Banks Show?
Now, the famous model/actress/talk show host is telling critics that they can kiss her fit behind: She's shed almost 30 pounds since her angry 2007 outburst directed against tabloids that printed unflattering photos of her in a bathing suit and called her "fat."
So, how did she lose so much weight?

I've spent all this season of The Biggest Loser hoping a certain person would get voted off the show. But in the end, that particular person didn't seem to be as bad as I had previously thought...WARNING: MAJOR SPOILER.

I'd always heard that exercising before bed is a bad idea because it revs you up. I find that's certainly true of cardio; when I come home from my late night dance class or an after dinner run, I'm often wired for a good hour or two.
But lately I've adopted a night-time exercise habit that actually helps me sleep. I've been doing a series of pilates type core, arm and leg exercises immediately before I pop under the covers. It started off because that was the only time I had to myself after I put the kids to bed and cleaned up the house.

(SPOILER alert! But not until after the jump.) I had to rehydrate last night after all the tears I shed about you-know-who's departure on The Biggest Loser...but first a quick recap: The Blue Team won the first challenge and got to determine which contestants would face-off against each other in the weigh-in. Then, the Black Team won a baseball challenge, giving them a 2-pound advantage in the weigh-in.

In this week's issue of US Weekly, OctoMom Nadya Suleman explains how she lost 145 pounds a mere nine months after giving birth to octuplets. And she says she did it naturally all by herself—without a trainer or plastic surgery. Definitely click the link to see a larger photo—she looks fantastic!

I came across Caham and her gorgeous, sculpted arms in the Work It Out Sexy Mama Group. Turns out this mom of two from Illinois got that definition from working out at home with workout DVDs—can you believe it? Very impressive. I asked her to share the secret to her workout success...

Hula hooping is becoming more and more popular as a weight-loss and toning workout. It's less like exercise, more like play—and you can do it with the kids!

...heck happened last night? (No spoilers until after the jump.) Can someone please explain to me why the one person went home even though he/she lost weight and the other person who actually gained weight got to stay? I'm thoroughly confused...
Also, a quick re-cap: The Blue Team won a challenge and the prizes were tickets home. However, if they used the tickets, that meant they would be a whole week away from the campus and Bob, and they would have to still weigh in at the end of the week...

If you love your Wii Fit, then the Wii Cyberbike might just be the next gadget you add to your fitness collection.
This stationary bike connects to your Wii and comes with an eco-friendly adventure game that lets you "pedal" over polluted landscapes, cleaning them as you go.
But wait, there's more (and this is the part that I'm the most excited about)...

During last night's episode of The Biggest Loser, when the pairs were split into the Blue Team and the Black Team, I was interested to see how much the contestants drew on each other for support. Many of them seemed to think (at least at first) that they wouldn't be able to lose weight without their partner. Did you notice this as well? It made me think about how important it is to have the support of others when going through the weight-loss journey. (Oh, and while we're on the subject, we absolutely must discuss WHO won the golden ticket...SPOILER ALERT!)
