CafeMom psychmama created this sweet and touching video for all TTC mamas. I'm not TTC right now, but I still cried because I remember what it was like. It took an entire year to conceive our son.
pscyhmama has been trying for 7 now. "Making the video was really thereputic in some way. I am a Christian and this has been a real struggle for me, to watch month after month as I was still not pregnant."
For everyone trying right now, here's some baby dust. I know you can do it!

We were TTC from January until September, and those 9 months really did feel like forever (or is is 8? It's 2 am, I can't count, and it really did feel like forever). DD wasn't planned, but wasn't a surprise... just a spur of the moment, "let's make a baby".
We were going to quit trying and just go back to not preventing and not thinking about it because of what TTC was doing to me mentally and emotionally. I've been helping a friend through her pregnancy as she's had severe medical problems and a pregnancy she wasn't quite ready for, and it's been wearing on me.
Then, on our anniversary weekend, we finally got our BFP. It honestly felt like a miracle.
This was really touching.
We were TTC for almost 8 years going through every fertility test and treatment possible. We finally stopped in mid-2005 and decided to adopt, which we did...we have the most precious daughter born February 2006. Although those years were horrible and I wouldn't wish the pain it causes on anyone, I'd go through it a million times over to end up with the daughter I have today.
The video was beautiful.
first things first. if you thought that was a beautiful video then make love to the music. see yourself as that beauty in the song. love you and the man first, create the seed, and love him / her no matter what. if that dosent work call this guy obgyn and fertility specialist. he is good at what he does and he will take his time to get to know you. his name is Richard Kochenberger (510)522-6544. if i wasn't serious i wouldn't have written this.
We've been trying to conceive since August after a miscarriage. I got pregnent then very easy but since then it feels like we've been trying forever and it's very stressful. I'm not even sure if i want to keeo on trying. I know that theses past months haven't been as long as some of you but that miscarriage took a lot out of me and i'm terrified to go through it again. Hope i do get pregnant soon since i have my husband home for the time being (military). Have to plan around our different way of life.
Good luck to the rest of yall!

We have been TTC since July...it's short compared to some future mothers, but it's a lot longer then we had to wait for our first one and it is way harder. Sometimes it's just so frustrating, you really aren't sure how to act. I think looking at the negatvie test is the worst, it just seems so final.
I try to remeber to NOT focus on getting pregnant. Engage in a social life, get crafty, read a good book, etc. Also I find discussing any fears, or info immediatly helps me handle things was better then botteling them up feeling like I can't share them (DH hates to discuss it, so this has been really trying).
Good luck to all you other TTC momma's!
