Actress Sandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James are fighting for sole custody of Jesse's five-year old daughter Sunny James, according to E! Online.

Sandra and Jesse had sole custody of Sunny while the toddler's previously drug-addicted, adult film star mom Janine Lindemulder served time in jail for tax evasion, and now that mom's out, the couple wants to keep it that way.

Janine's ongoing troubles haven't made life easy for little Sunny, and now Mom is married to ex-con Jeremy Aikman. Hmm, doesn't sound promising...

Read the whole story on E! Online.

Has your family or a family you know been affected by extreme custody battle with an alleged unfit parent?

Porn stars shouldn't have children.

auror...

Dang, that's pretty harsh.  You may not agree with their careers but they're still human beings.

My friend's family was affected. Her brother went through hell on earth to keep his son. (including having accusastions made against him. Having his son ripped from him in the middle of the night because of said allegations.)  in the end, he has majority custody...and my friend and her family say the fight was worth it. The little boy's mother still doesnt seem to care much about him (more the $$ that she now has to pay...and the $$ she wanted if he lived with her). It's sad that people use their children as pawns.

My son and I luckily have (so far) been spared from a horrible custody battle. My exhusband chose to walk away. And I think God for intervening (this is my personal opinion) and having my ex's sister get pregnant (13 yrs after her youngest child, not having used protection during any of those years, and having cysts on her ovaries and other female organs) about 6 months after I became pregnant. Had it not been for the birth of her daughter...I think she would have 'forced' her brother to fight for custody...so SHE could see my son. Rather than working things out with me. Again...I am very thankful.

I wish Sandra And Jesse the best...because in the end, that little girl is what (who) matters in this situation!

I completely disagree with this. If she can prove she will not have her children around porn sets and drugs than why does it matter? I can't even go into detail b/c I am distracted.

I think a porn star should stop and find a new cleaner career before deciding to have children in the first place!

So what if she is a porn star. I don't see anyone contesting the man who had sex with that porn star to make the baby. I actually don't care what she does for a living. I believe it is wrong to try to keep her from her child. She served her time, end of story. If we are going to continue condemning the already condemned, what good is the justice system?

Umm....does E!Online say they are seeking full custody because she is a porn star? Because this post doesnt say that...it says "Janine's ongoing troubles haven't made life easy for little Sunny, and now Mom is married to ex-con Jeremy Aikman. Hmm, doesn't sound promising..." And I agree....it doesnt sound promising. If Janine's choices are negatively affecting her daughter, then (no matter what her career) it is best to keep the little girl away from that.

I think what surprised me the most was finding out Sandra Bullock married a man who was married to and had a child with a porn star. She's always seemed like such a "nice girl."
