  • For breakfast mine gets oatmeal, fruit, toast, eggs, bacon, reg cereal and things like that. Lunch usually we have sandwiches, fruit, veggies, hot dogs, or things like that. For dinner she gets meat, veggies, milk, potatoes, etc. Basically she eats whatever me and my older kids eat. I dont try and feed my kids junk. I try and give them good basic foods and follow the my pyramid plan. You can look it up they have good ideas on what each child should get for age range etc. Go to mypryamid.gov

  • Breakfast here is usually, yoghurt w/ granola or grapenuts and juice or hot cereal with milk and juice.
Lunch when they are home is always a raw vegetable and fruit plate with yoghurt dip, and some type of sandwich, (tuna, grilled cheese or peanut butter and honey)
Dinners, grilled or roasted meat ( turkey, fish, chicken, pork or lamb sometimes) couple of different vegetables and salad.
Tonight we are having turkey burgers with sweet potatoe "fries" With the regular fixings, lettuce, tomatoe and onions.

  • During the week both my girls get cereal and juice for breakfast. weekmds vary, french toast, waffles, eggs and toast, egg sandwiches etc.
Lunch at school is a sanwich, yogurt, fruit and a snack. Weekends are a little more lenient, nuggets, mac and cheese, grilled cheese and tomato soup...
And supper well supper staright across the board is wahtever we're having. I understnad your kid being picky, my kids just don't get a choice.

  • Breakfast.....waffles (homemade, they will not eat frozen ones from the store), pancakes, french toast, cereal, poptarts, oatmeal.....and if they want anything else, some fruit. (milk to drink)

Lunch....lunchmeat or peanut butter and jelly sandwich, pretzels or crackers, ravioli or spaghettios, soup and toasted cheese sandwich, left over pizza from last night (lol), cheese, fruit

Supper...some kind of meat, a vegetable, some kind of pasta, rice or potato....whatever I make. They have to take at least one bite of each item per year of age (my 2 year old has to take 2 bites, 3 year old 3 bites and 4 year old 4 bites...) then they can get down from the table. If they want dessert (applesauce or pudding usually) they have to clean their plates (of course with proper serving sizes...not adult servings!)
