  • My 2 & 3 yr old like anything in a wheat tortilla folded over and crisped up on both sides in a dry skillet. Today it was chicken, spinach and cheese. They'll also eat it soft like a taco with brocc, cheese, meat etc. in it. One thing I used to make for my 24 & 17 yr old that they still love is a grilled sandwich made with steamed brocc & cauli. mashed with a little mayo or Miricle Whip and shredded carrots. Spread it on bread and grill like you would a grilled cheese. It it so good!

  • Usually left overs from lunch the night before or PB&J.
Today she had salami and muenster cheese roll ups (mainly because we are out of bread, lol). She also like grilled turkey and cheese, fish sticks with pretzel sticks, chicken nuggets, mac & cheese with peas and hamburger/ground turkey in it. Tonight for dinner we are having homemade velveeta mac & cheese with onion and smoked sausage (usually we get the turkey smoked sausage but all they had was the kind with cheese in it so we got that). So that's what we'll be eating for lunch tomorrow. I also picked up stuff to make English muffin pizzas which are always a big hit.
