  • As long as he wants! I'm such a pro-sleep person. My daughter is almost 3.5 and she sleeps 1.5-2 hours. BUT, over Christmas she took 3-4 hour naps...and i let her. She knows how much sleep she needs.

  • My daughter napped up until she started kindergarten and even now if she isn't at school, I have her lay down after lunch. My little guy is 3 1/2 and he still takes at least an hour nap every day and I plan of him napping until kindergarten too. They are WAY too grumpy in the evening if they haven't had a nap.

  • When my son was 3, he slept from 1-3. He was awake at 7 AM and went to sleep around 7 PM. He was a regular sleeper, I was lucky!!!!!!

  • As long as he wants as long as it doesn't interfere with his regular bed time. We don't let our DS sleep longer than 5 pm for his naps, just because I know that won't give him enough time being up and will have a hard time getting to sleep later that evening. I remember we used to take naps at least through Kindergarten. Mine get grumpy too if they get no naps. My soon to be 3 yr old almost seems to want to ditch his naps lately. I finally got him to take a nap today, because I layed down with him, which was fine by me too. I needed a nap as well.

  • My DD is 3 and sleeps at least 2 hours every day and sometimes up to 3 and i always let her because she must be tired if she sleeps that long! She goes to bed at 9 and gets up around 8.

  • My daughter takes nap for about 2 hours...and thats actually great because this gives me time to get chores or cooking done, then I can take a 30 min to an 1 hour nap my self and If she really have driven me nuts that day I put her in my bed and I'll join her for the nap and it will strecth to about a 3 hour nap she loves being in my bed.

    :)
