  • A hungry baby will be hungry in the middle of the night at 230am and again at 430am no matter whether he/she is nursed or bottle fed....LOL

  • I am going with less. I had no choice but to bottle feed because I didn't get any milk in so I made DH get up and feed the baby every night.

  • I get a lot more sleep. I co-sleep and breastfeed. When my son starts moving around and looking for food I nurse him. He doesn't wake up completely, so I don't have to put him back to sleep. I don't get woken up by a screaming baby, get up and make a bottle, feed him then have to settle him back down again. It's fabulous to roll over, pop out a boob and go right back to sleep while the baby is eating. :)

  • More sleep with breastfeeding for me. My 2 boys were bottle fed and because hubby is military and worked early mornings into the evenings at that time, I didn't have him get up with the boys so I was up every 2-3 hours warming a bottle, feed them, get them back to sleep. With my daughter, I could just do like the others said, nurse while sleeping! So much easier!

  • I say less because breast milk digests in 45 minutes and formula keeps them fuller longer digesting in 2-3 hours. Also, my baby could down a bottle a lot faster than it took for him to eat both sides of the breasts. For those that choose to pump that takes even more time...because then you have to pump, refrigerate, warm up and then feed. JMO.
