What's your version of chicken casserole?

How do you make it? I want some more ideas please.

I make mine with mushrooms, bell peppers, cottage cheese, egg noodles & a can of cream of mushroom soup.. mix it up and bake it with bread crumbs and parm cheese.

  • Easy Chicken Pot Pie

(1 6 oz pkg chicken flavored stuffing mix
¼ cup butter, cut in pieces
    1 ½ cups hot water)
1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup milk
3 cups cut up cooked chicken or turkey
1 pkg mixed vegetables ( the recipe calls for a 10 oz pkg, but I use more than that to make 4 servings of vegetables. )
    ¼ tsp thyme leaves

Make stuffing using butter and water or whatever the directions call for.

Mix soup and milk in 2 qt casserole. Stir in chicken, vegetables and thyme. Spoon stuffing over. Bake 350 F for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly. 4 servings.
