  • LOL! I open a couple cans of soup and heat them together. Not very often, and usually just for lunch, but opening cans is an easy supper. Another is those boxes of complete meals, although they usually have a couple cans in them and an envelope of a mix that you add water or milk to and pour over the contents of the cans. I used to make grilled cheese sandwiches but since the cholesterol thing haven't done that for a while. Or eggs and toast.

  • tacos
sauted chicken and that 90 second rice and a veg
    burgers and fries

we eat almost exclusively frozen veg so that always saves time. if I can't get them from the farmers market, I consider frozen to be better bc its harvested ripe and packaged within 24 hours vs the stuff in the produce aisle thats days or even weeks old and picked before it's ripe.

  • Grilled chicken salad, I sprinkle perfect portions chicken breasts with Emmerill's Essence and grill on the Foreman Grill....cut up and toss over mixed greens with feta and tomato, with a garlic vinaigrette. We eat this at least 2 times a week.

  • panini- fancy name for pressed grilled cheese. get good bread fill with whatever moves you, just make sure the outside layer by the bread is cheese, grill with a weight on top, flip. You can use a cast iron skillet or a brick if you put foil between it and the bread.
