What should I do if I'm in pain every day?

Okay I know your souppose to have the normal aches and pains of pregnancy but I dont know how much more my body can take. Im in so much pain! My hips and my lower back hurts so bad i can feel my bones and joints shifting and sliding around. My back was broken in a car accident about 4 years ago and I do have a metal plate and 4 screws in it. Is this whats making it so hard on me or do all pregnant women feel these kinds of pains in there hips and lower back area? Also do you ladies know of any pain relif methonds I could do? I take tylenol and baths but this isnt helping anymore. My dr. prescribed me darvaset in my first trimester for migraines. If I took one today could this hurt my baby ?
Thanks ladies please no bashing Im just in lots of pain everyday and im not so sure how much more I can take.

  • who would bash you over that silly. its getting rediculous that we have to write this in out posts so we dont get yelled at. i do that to. but i think your ok. if you talked to your doc and she is not worried i would say your ok. my hips didn't hurt by my lower back was rediculous. but i do know some girls that had hip pains. they sell these belts for pregnant women to help lift the baby off the back i didn't buy one cuz when i heard about it i only had a month left but my bff bought one and she loved it she said it helped a lot. hope this helps and fill better mama

  • I hate to tell you but yes. My sister broke her back two years ago, she had a miscarriage before her back was fixed and now she is pregnant again and is in a lot of pain. It's like your body is trying to fight more than it needs to and your baby moving around trying to get comfortable and stay that way isn't helping.

  • Have you thought about going to the chiropracter? Ive went with all 5 pregnancies and am going with this pregnancy also, it helps that pain so much. Of course I haven't dealt with a broekn back but my chiropracter does miracles for me! My hips kept going out and stuff and I was in a lot of pain but going helped like you woldn't believe. I hope you feel better and find some relief :-)
