  • I steam veggies. I add nothing. Then puree in a blender or food processor. Fruits I just put a little bit of water in a pot and add the peeled fruit. Let simmer until soft then I mash it and finally puree it. You can also store it in an Ice cube tray in the freezer then thaw out one cube per meal.

  • We pureed everything we ate and fed the kids. As they got older it was lest pureed and more chopped up.

  • I just made apples for my guy (I got a fruit basket for Christmas, so I froze some of the extra fruit). I peeled the apples, then boiled them in a couple of inches of water to soften them up. Throw them in the food processor until they're really smooth (smoother than applesauce), then pour it into ice cube trays. Once it's frozen, you can put it in a freezer bag and date it. You can do the same thing with most other fruits and veggies.
