  • I have always done the thin breakfast chops and put garlic powder, season salt, and black pepper on them and put them in the pan, add a little water about 2 table spoons when they are almost done. Also I have found a marinade by Lowry's I think and it is for steak and chops!

  • I make some parmesan crusted pork chops. You need 3/4 cup parm cheese, 2 eggs, and some bread crumbs. You put the chops in the cheese, pat it on to make sure it sticks, then put the chops into the 2 beaten eggs, then into the bread crumbs. Then you put just a couple of tablespoons of oil in the bottom of the pan, and fry them for about 6 minutes per side. They are really, really good. Oh, and you should also put plenty of salt and pepper on the bare meat before the cheese, too.

  • I sometimes will grill my pork chops with a combination of cinn. apple sauce, wortishire sauce, smoked tobasco sauce and some brown sugar. Give nice sweet, spicy tangy mixture. Different than your everyday pork chop.

  • I make smothered pork chops. I fry them then make a gravy and add onions and mushrooms and cook the chops in the gravy mixture. They are so good and tender.

  • I just tried this one yesterday and it turned out very yummy!

4-6 pork chops (I used boneless pork loin chops)

Dip them in egg, then in breadcrumbs. (I used plain crumbs and added garlic powder to them)

Brown them in butter, then put them in a baking dish.

Spoon 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) on top of the chops. Bake, covered, for 40 minutes in a 350* oven.

  • Season the chops with lemon pepper & onion salt. Brown on both sides until deeply colored. Remove from skillet and add 1/2 cup water or chicken stock to deglaze the pan. Pour liquid over chops and return pan to heat. Add butter and flour to the pan to make a roux, then add milk. Stir until smooth. Simmer for a few minutes while you slice the pork chops, then return the chops and pan juices to the gravy. Stir, and simmer until chops are cooked through. Serve over rice.

    OR

Slice potatoes thinly and layer on a buttered baking pan. Season with salt & pepper, drizzle with EVOO. Top with chops (season as you prefer). Roast at 400*f for about 10 min. Combine 1 can mushroom soup with 1/2 envelope onion soup mix and 1 can of milk. Pour over chops and roast for another 10-20 min (depending on thickness).
