  • I make the world's best meat loaf! Ingredients: 1 lb. Ground Beef, 1 lb. Ground Turkey, 3 eggs, 2 "sleeves" of Saltine crackers, garlic powder, one med. size onion, salt, catsup, BROWN SUGAR-- that's what makes it! The topping also, catsup and brown sugar. I'm sorry I can't tell you exact measurements, I've made it so long, I just make it by sight. Good luck!

  • * 2 pounds lean ground beef

    * 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    * 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    * 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
    * 1/2 cup milk
    * 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    * 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    * 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf thyme, crumbled
    * 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf rosemary, crumbled
    * 3 slices bacon, halved crosswise

    Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, Worcestershire, onion, thyme, and rosemary. Pack into a lightly greased loaf pan or form into a loaf pan or form into a loaf and place on a lightly greased baking sheet with sides, such as a jelly roll pan. Top meatloaf with sliced bacon and bake at 350° for 1 hour. If desired, serve meatloaf with heated tomato sauce or gravy.

  • I use about 2 lbs ground beef (or a combination of 1 lb. beef and 1 lb ground chicken or turkey), 1 can of tomato soup, 1 egg, and Chicken Stove Top Stuffing(or my fav is the Savory Herbs!!!), Mix it all together by hand and put in a meatloaf pan (or regular pan just shap into a loaf). Top the meatloaf with a layer of Ketchup And bake for about an hour to 1.5 hours at about 350 degrees F. So yummy!!!

  • I don't really measure anything when I cook, I just eyeball things... But I use ground turkey instead of beef, add an egg, bread crumbs (or cracker crumbs) chopped onion, chopped mushrooms, tomato sauce or even ketchup, and salt and pepper. I mix well and then put in a pie pan and I make a sauce for the top with ketchup or tomato sauce, a bit of A-1, a bit of mustard, and some brown sugar. I bake at 350 for about an hour. Good stuff. Now I am craving meatloaf. :)

  • mine is my own twist on the regular boring is what i call a spanish meat loaf...very yummy....

    1lb... ground beef...
    2 eggs
    about a cup and a half plain bread crumbs
    half a packet taco seasoning...i like the macormic.(sp?)
    about a half cup pace salsa ( i used the mild because my kids eat it to and dont like spicey food)
    some diced onion( depends on the size about a half or little less should do)
    half a diced green bell pepper
    about 3/4 cup shredded cheese( i preffer the fiesta blend)

    mix all of the above together....bake in a pre heated oven set at 375..for about 30 to 45 mins....

    when it is it with some more salsa and shredded cheese ..put back in oven till cheese is melted....

    then after cheese melts.....garnish witha dab of sour cream and some chopped green onions.....

    it tastes good....and it has a good presentation too.....
