  • www.allrecipes.com has some really good ones. I did the reuben dip on Christmas eve and it was delicious and easy ala crock pot. Another good one was a hoagie dip. All the ingredients of a hoagie chopped up and served with bread. Other good ones are nachos - layered with any of the usual toppings. Meatballs with sauce on dinner rolls, little hotdogs in cressant rolls, spinach dip in pumpernickles bread, and the old standbys cheese and crackers, pretzles and chips with dip.

  • I've got a killer jalapeno popper recipe. They're ecalled Armadillos. They're a lot of work, but they are so good!

Core out your jalapenos. Get all the seed and membranes scraped out or they'll be hotter than you want (unless you really like HOT). Boil a pot of water and add jalepenos to the water. Cook for 20 min. Then take out to cool.

Make white rice. Cook up some country sausage and grate chedder cheese. Mix these all together. It's best to do when the rice is still warm so the cheese melts. Stuff the jalepenos with the rice mixture.

Buy some hushpuppy mix at the store. Or find a recipe and make your own. Dip the stuffed jalepenos into the batter.

Fry in hot oil. They're awesome! No exact measurements or anything, just kind of do what you think you'd like as far as cheese and sausage. 1 cup of rice usually makes between 20 and 30 poppers!

  • Grilled chicken wings (we like grilling them, then smothering them with store bought wing sauce.. tastes way better than frying), guacamole, spinach artichoke dip (Costco has a killer one), pigs in a blanket.
