What exercise is good to reduce cellulite?

i just have a little bit but i dont like wearing shorts or skirts because of it.. any suggestions?

  • Any exercise is good for cellulite. Exercise the part of your body that has cellulite.
    Cellulite is just stored fat.

  • its on the back part of my upper legs .. should i do squats? i do squats but it hasnt seem to work .. they come and go

  • I was told to drink tons of water and cut salt out of your diet as much as possible also scrubbing and massaging that area stimulates the nerves and will help rid the nasty cottage cheese thighs look.

  • Any exercise is good for cellulite. You can also take Gotu Kola. It is a natural supplement that helps with circulation...by strengthening the collagen fibers and also removing cellulite. Vitamin C is also good for skin. For quick results roll the area with a rolling pin or get a deep massage...it works.
