  • Nope. I am a big saver and bill payer. I get anxious if my bills are not paid on time and feel like its a reflection on me as a person to owe money. By tax time its the same as any other time. I just get a refund and Im able to buy things I want, dh wants and kids want. I love tax time.

  • Yes... we just put 800 towards bills and then my b/f ended up in the hospital and we got another 1200... great huh Lol but we'll get it paid eventually. I don't stress about it to much although it can be very aggravating.

  • Yes, I admit that I kind of cringe every time I get the mail since I know that probably there will be a bill there. And we pay bills pretty much as they come in. But there seem so many at the beginning of every month, and around the beginning of the year even more.

  • I use to! We owed IRS every year. Then we learned how having our home business would help our taxes, they now send us money!

  • No. We get my husbands bonus this time of the year this month have an extra pay period so we will put that 3100 in savings. We don't receive any money back from taxes. We have our with holdings set to take out what is needed so we have our money throughout the year. Gives us 500 more a month. Sometimes we owe a small amount but that is rare we usually are dead on even and owe nothing and get nothing back.  I won't let the government make money off my money.

  • Don't get stressed. Take on day at a time. Money is not everything. The love you have in your life is much more important. Money can stress you out and cause negativity in your life, don't let that happen. : ) Of course, I feel like I always owe money, but it takes money to live. I don't let bills stress me, so don't you either.

  • I think all of my tax return will go solely towards bills. I might keep like 100 for daily things. But see alot of my debt was run up with my husband. The law says that any debt incurred DURING the marriage he is responsible for as well! So i'm like WHOOP WHOOP! I hope they can bleed some cash outta him.
