  • I have a very simple Boston butt pork shoulder roast.
Take one pork shoulder roast and 1 can of Coca cola and let it cook on low for about 10 -12 hours ( long I know but its's worth it) After it has finished cooking you can add about 3/4 bottle of you favorite BBQ sauce. Cut up into pieces and serve on a bun.

  • Pot roast is the easiest. Get a roast, put in some potatoes, onion, a little garlic, salt and some carrots. Put water in and cook about 8 hours.

  • 4-6 chicken breasts trimmed of fat
1 pack of low sodium old el paso taco seasoning
1-2 cans of rotel original tamatoes and chilis
    3/4 cup of water

combine all ingredients in crock pot, cook for 6 hours
about 30 minutes before done take out chicken and pull apart
put back in crock pot and finish cooking (that will allow the chicken to soak up some of the juice/flavor)

use this to make chicken tacos, enchiladas, and my husband's favorite, quesadillas!
