1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
1 6-oz. container guacamole dip
2/3 c. chopped, seeded tomatoes
1 8-oz. carton sour cream
1 9-oz. can bean dip
2 tbsp. sliced, pitted olives
1/4 c. taco sauce or picante sauce
Combine bean dip and picante sauce. Spread on a platter in a 1/4-inch thick layer.
Step2Layer sour cream and then guacamole dip.
Step3Top with cheese, green onions and then olives.
Step4Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 4 hours (and up to 24 hours).
Step5Before serving, sprinkle the seven layer dip with chopped tomato. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
