How do I make 7-layer dip?

I have avacados, salsa, refried beans, cheese (cheddar and jack and cream), sour cream, and two pakets of ranch dip mix, also olives so what do I do with it?

Another recipe I saw used chopped avacado instead of guacamole, so this would work better with your avocado.

  • I just made this:

16 oz fat free refried beans
    3 avocados (mashed)
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup sour cream
    2 tbsp fajita seasoning
    1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese
    sliced olives

Mix smashed avocado w/ lemon and salt. Spread beans on the bottom of 9 x 13 (i used 8 x 11) glass pan or medium size bowl. Spread avocado over that and then sour cream. Sprinkle fajita seasoning on sour cream. Then top w/ cheese, olives, scallions and tomatoes.
