  • Mashed potatoes and gravy, fruit salad, applesauce, mac and cheese. Chicken dinner sounds good, when should we be there? :)

  • Stay tuned to my journal (found by viewing my profile). I'm going to post some of my favorite chicken recipes. The first one I'm posting is a 10 minute prep, 30 minute bake-time Poppy Seed Chicken dinner that simply needs to be served with a side of fresh veg once out of the oven. I am making it for my family tomorrow and like to take pictures for my journals, so it should be up tomorrow :-)

  • I found a recipe for sweet potatoes that I'm going to try. Cut them up into little squares, season with some herbs and butter, bake until done. Sweet potatoes is a nice change from mashed taters and gravy.
I also like applesauce for a side with baked chicken.
