Ok I am going to be very honest with you if you know in your heart you will use this then it is for you. If not don't waste your money.
I wanted one so bad that I finally got one for X-mas then I would say I used it for about 1 week including 2 days (skipped not using it) and that was in early January.
I am sadly to say that I have not used it since, I don't know why I lost interest I don't know if it is because it seems to me I am doing more reading than the workout itself that could be discouraging I timed myself one day I was on there for an hour and I actually did only 30 minutes of workout I was like what the ?. Not to mention when you get scanned to get programmed for your weight it says...ooooh! so don't take that personal like we are really heavy.
