  • implantation bleeding is very very light spotting, generally. like some red/pink when you wipe, or at most a tiny spot on your underwear. some women don't even get it. and i had the same thing happen as the first lady. negative pee and blood tests at 4 weeks, positive pee test after second missed period.

  • not sure what implantation bleeding is. But I took 2 home tests and a clinic test, all showing negative after I was a week late. Figured I just skipped a month somehow, until I was late the following month too... then It showed that I was 10 weeks along.

  • Implantation bleeding is the little bit of blood that sometimes comes out after the embryo digs into the uterin wall to begin to grow. that is usually where the placenta winds up. sometimes you feel like mild period cramps and then very light bleeding follows.

  • The above women explained it right on. Keep in my not every woman has implantation bleeding. If they do, it can be so moderate if at all it is not noticed.
