  • This is a simple, great tasting recipe that even kids like.
    Parmesan Fish
    1 lb. fish
    ½ cup Mayonnaise
    ½ cup Parmesan cheese
    1 cup cracker crumbs
    Dill, Lawrey’s seasoned salt. Or lemon-pepper
    Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the fish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Crush Ritz crackers (or any crackers, including gold fish) in a zip-lock bag. Pour cracker crumbs in plate; add dill, Lawrey’s seasoning salt, or lemon-pepper if you wish. Dredge fish in the cracker crumbs. Place on a greased baking pan. Drizzle a little butter on top or spray with cooking spray. Bake in 450 oven about 10-15 minutes.

  • Combine olive oil, bread crumbs and oregano to make a paste. top fish with this and bake. it's best on a firm fish like orange roughy. I also put salsa on fish.

  • I lightly flour and season with Ms. Dash (there are many different flavors), then lighly fry in olive oil It's quick, and you can change the flavor easily!

  • Terikaki Salmon is so good. You just marinate the salmon for about 30-45 minutes. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and broil on each side for between 5-10 minutes (time depends on the oven and thickness of meat). Once it's done just put it on top of some rice (cilantro lime is really good with it) and have a steamed broccoli mix with it. Yummy!!!
    For the teriyaki I use Lawry's 30 minute marinade with pineapple juice.

    PS If your hubby doesn't like lemon you might try orange.

  • Cut hake fillet in half then marinate in a dressing of ur choice, crush some potato crisps preferably cheese and onion or salted and top with cheese. Bake in the oven until done. I love it.

  • This is gonna sound weird, but this is one even the kids will love. I picked it up working in fine dining...Brown sugar salmon!
    Rub salmon filets with salt, pepper, and brown sugar, then sautee on medium low heat till done. Its awesome

  • what kind of fish are you using? i use tilapia, it is the chicken of the sea according to rachel ray. that means it can taste like anything but fish if you cook it right. I take tilapia and bread it with egg and roll it in italian bread crumbs and spray olive oil cooking spray and cook in a skillet on the stove. in fact,that is tonight's dinner.

  • I don't know what kind of fish you like, but we eat alot of Tilapia, Flounder...In a Large sautee pan, ..a little olive oil, onions thin sliced, garlic, capers, kalamata olives, artichokes(canned) sautee, add fish can add a little white wine, lemon(if you like).. while cooking 2 nd side put a little parmesan cheese on! YummY!!!
