  • As long as they're willing to take them, I say let them take naps!!

My boys stopped taking them around 4 years old. My daughter isn't quite 3 years old yet and is starting to grow out of them :( It's so sad!!

  • My son is three. We no longer have "nap time." We have "quiet time." He does not have to go to sleep but he has to be quiet and stay in his bed. He used to protest but would always fall asleep, now its about 50/50.

  • I think naps should stop ONLY if they interfere w/ going to bed @ nite. But if they are really tired, and we all have our days, I say let them nap.

  • My oldest gave up napping at about 2. I was so sad. The baby is only 18 months old, but she doesn't fight sleep the way the oldest always has. I am hoping she'll continue to nap for a long while.
