  • You don't get baby food. When your child is under the age of 1, you get: formula and rice cereal. after they turn 1, you get whole milk, cheese, juice, cereal, eggs, either dried beans or peanut butter. If you are breastfeeding they also include tuna fish and carrots.

  • In Illinois starting in August you will get baby food after 6 months but only moms who breastfeed. FF moms will just get what is offered now since they are already paying for formula.

  • Baby foods are given at six months per the recommendation of the AAP and WHO. Packages will vary depending on how much breastfeeding you are doing with the largest package being for exclusively breastfed babies(and mothers)

  • At 4 months they added 2nd foods. So we are getting 2nd foods, formula and cereal. She is 1 year this month, so when we go in this time, we will not be getting any of this, it will be real food, but not sure what.
