I'm interested in getting into digital scrapbooking and was wondering what programs are the best and where to get them.
If you want to try out some, free downloads are available. Then you can play around with the ones you like. I love Photoshop! I also like Kodak and Corel Draw and Paint ( free with most computers, I have Windows, Not sure with Mac)

CropMom is an online scrapbooking site that lets you create your own digital scrapbook pages online using your own photos and CropMom's designer digital scrapbooking graphics. There’s no software to buy or install - and it's free to use.
Just register, add your photos and start making layouts. You can download your creations for free to share on the Web. Or you can purchase the high-resolution digital file for printing anywhere you’d like, at home or at a photofinisher. It doesn't get any easier - or less expensive - than this.
I use Photo Explosion, Paint.Net, & Scrapbook Flair. My fave is Photo Explosion!
