What programs are the best for digital scrapbooking?

I use the program which came with my computer. I also use HP it is free!

If you want to try out some, free downloads are available. Then you can play around with the ones you like. I love Photoshop! I also like Kodak and Corel Draw and Paint ( free with most computers, I have Windows, Not sure with Mac)

I use Photoshop Elements. It costs about $99 (cheaper depending on where you find it). You can download a 30 day trial. I also use Ulead PhotoImpact which is has a few features Adobe stripped out of elements (PhotoImpact is put out by Corel and also has a 30 day trial).
There are dedicated scrapbooking programs but I find them very limiting. You can check my homepage to see the scrapbook pages I have done with these two programs.

2 inexpensive ones that I use are Scrapbook Factory and Printmaster Silver . I bought both at walMart a few years back for around $10

I use Photoshop 7.0, which is no longer available, the new version is Adobe Photoshop CS3, it has quite the learning curve, so if you're not familiary with photo editing software, then I recommend using Adobe Photoshop Elements, you can go to their site and get a trial version for 30 days here: http://www.download.com/Adobe-Photoshop-Elements/3000-2192_4-10057110.html

I use Photo Explosion, Paint.Net, & Scrapbook Flair. My fave is Photo Explosion!

I use Polaroid My Memories Suite. I was a serious paper scrapper but got overwhelmed with all my digital photos. I used some online photobook solutions but I was disappointed by how little flexibility it allowed me. I tried all the Photoshop options but they were WAY too complicated.
