  • Yes I vacinate my kids, as for the swine flu don't know anything about that, I would ask their pediatrician if it is something they need to get vacinated for.

  • It would be no different than getting any other flu shot.

  • I would have to say no just because when they come out with something new it always takes then 6 months or so for them to figure out all the side affects and sometimes they are worse then the actual illness.

  • I think the Tamiflu is something that already existed. I mean if they come out with something new that is specifically for this flu strand.

  • I haven't had a vaccine for the regular flu since I was about 12 and I have never been sick with the flu. My son is three and never had the flu. My husband gets the flu shot every year and every year is sick. Last all he had the nasal mist, and within 12 hours he was in the ER.

So my son and I would not be getting a swine flu vaccine, but my husband probably would. He's in the army and doesn't have a lot of say. If someone says he's getting it, he gets it.

  • We don't get the flu shot and we wouldn't be getting a swine flu shot. The ONLY way we'd consider it would be if it mutated so much that it would definately kill you without having the vaccine.
