How do you remove a red tomato sauce stain?

  • Oxy Clean Spray-A-Way is a miracle. Tide pens are good too. Then wash!!

  • To remove red stains:
    Rinse the area with very cold water for a few minutes, stain side down.
    Apply a stain remover. Let soak if needed.
    Throw into your washer (cold).
    Do not put in dryer if the stain did not come out - it will only set it in.

  • second vote for Oxy-clean laundry spot treatment spray.... absolute miracle. I've even got set-in stains out with it. Soak it well, and leave it sit (I just throw it in the laundry hamper). Wash it & voila.... rarely, I might have to treat a second time... but that ALWAYS works for me.
