  • Getting some routine excercise in your day. Eating small meals throughout the day. Ginger really helps, I eat The Ginger People's Ginger Chews often. Fresh air.

  • Ginger Snap Cookies, Saltine Crackers. It is usually a good thing to eat a cracker or cookie before you even get out of bed.

  • Your body is not getting something it needs, if you're eating not so healthy it could be because you need to eat better. It's your body's way of telling you it needs something more from you.

But there are also prenatal vitamins that will help reduce morning sickness.
