eat well balanced meals and exercise, try prenatal workouts, i think theyre better then regular workouts. of course get your doctors permission before working out. but yes it is possible. i actually lost 30lbs in my first trimester and my doctor was glad i did, i started off a bigger girl so it was healthier for me to lose weight. dont try to lose weight just for vanity. if your going to do it, do it because you want to give your baby a healthier environment. in other words, now is not the time to lose 50 lbs to look good in a dress, its about losing some weight to avoid complications like gestational diabetes and such
