  • I did Weight Watchers a few years ago and it worked. It was easy to follow and I didn't feel like I was starving.

  • I am currently using the Cinch program by Shaklee. I really love it. The inches are coming off.

  • Weight watchers is about the only structured plan that seems to work. DIETS DON'T WORK!!! Eat healthy, use small portions, cut out soda and fast food, and exercise. Sweat at least 10 minutes a day. YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT!

  • Ive lost 13 lbs just by using the treadmill everyday for about 30 mins and just eating smaller frequent portions. i allow myself one pop a day and the rest water. i dont feel deprived at all as long as i stay active.

  • I'm on a 1600 calorie diet. I eat friuts and veggies, and stay away from bread and pasta. ( I love that stuff) Drink lots of water. I've been on it for 2 weeks now and lost 4 ibs.

  • 3 and a half years ago I lost 50 pounds by cutting back on my portions, drinking lots of water and exercising at Curves. I didn't diet, I changed my eating habits because diets do not work. You have to make a lifestyle change. I've kept off the 50 pounds too!!

  • Diets & pills don't work. Weight Watchers and Curves are really the best b/c they promote HEALTHY choices instead of quick fixes.

  • I'm going to try the cookie diet I've been seeing advertised on tv. It looks easy. I know Weight Watchers works too, my mom did that and lost about 30 pounds.

  • I loved the Body For Life program. There is a balance of nutrition, portion control, binge day, and a solid exercise schedule. It worked so well. I lost inches and dress sizes before the number on the scale started falling because the fat was being replaced by muscle.

  • I found weight watchers to work the best for me because I can eat what my family eats and I'm not making two dinners or grocery shopping off two lists!!! Plus it teaches you healthy choices.
