5 Bumps

Did you lose your pregnancy weight? How long did it take?

Will it come off naturally over time? I gained 33lbs in my pregnancy.

  • I had my baby a little over a month ago and I have lost around 30 something lbs. I gained around 50 during my pregnancy and as soon as I had my baby I had lost 20 lbs. I've still got around 10-20 to go though.

  • I gained 50 pounds and lost 45...and I had wanted to KEEP at least ten pounds! So now I'm trying to gain again. I'm breastfeeding, and that, combined with my genetics, are what caused it to come off, because I haven't exercised at ALL.

  • Hi,
I started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom after my second pregnancy.People used to glare at me when I went out and I really wanted to do something about it. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose any weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss product. I tried it out and it actually worked really well. Within 4 months I managed to shave off 65 pounds completely. The results were pretty amazing and I feel so much healthier and energetic now without having to carry all that extra weight around. You can read more about the lady's article at the link below

  • I had gained 45lbs in my pregnancy and I lost 90% of it after I gave birth to my son. I was pretty much all baby besides the fact that I was a little over weight for my height anyway (by 5 to 10 lbs). It varies with every woman on how fast or slow weight loss comes after birth.

  • I gained a ton of weight with my son, hes 2 1/2 months now. I managed to lose 36lbs since then and still counting. I am nursing, and it seems to help, but I do know that 1-2 lbs is what's considered to be healthy while nursing, anything more can decrease milk supply along with your energy. I walk a min. of 2.5 miles everyday, and if i dont, I find some other form of exercise(video, walking around if at an event). I also drink lots of water and eat much healthier than ever. This also helps with energy, and I plan to continue to lose to be less than I was when I got pregnant. Good Luck

  • With my first pregnancy I didn't start losing the weight until about 2 years later. The thing is as soon as I started losing the weight I got pregnant with number 2. With her she was around 5 months old when I got pregnant with number three and when I got pregnant with number three I had just started to lose weight again! Still preggy with number three, so no more help from me, lol
