How do you entertain your 15-month-old child on a 12-hour road trip?

  • Get a DVD player for sure!!! Loads of Disney movies. Favorite toys and books to read. Traveling at nite if possible is a great idea...when they are asleep...trick of the trade. Keep a sense of humor is the #1 trick..good luck

  • Well, you can get those baby mirrors that fit behind the front seat positioned where he can see himself. Babies like to look at themselves. The DVD player isn't a bad idea if you can afford it.

  • Drive at night....lol. I did this with our 3 year old son when we made our first real road trip. This made it easier for us and him. I know growing up my parents always traveled at night with us especially on 16 hour trips to florida. Good Luck
