  • No, you made a vow not to. Even if you aren't in love you are still married. Besides, it would look bad if you got divorced. he would have more crap on you in court.

  • No it's not. If the marriage isn't fixable (try to fix it first) then get a divorce. Cheating is NEVER okay.

  • No, marriage is a commitment, if your not in love and unhappy get out. If it's a open marriage and your both ok with it, you will end up divorced anyway... in my opinion it's never ok to cheat. I did it in my first marriage and still regret it, I should have just left.

  • It takes two to make or break a marriage. If your marriage is broken, you both contributed to the damage done. Sounds like you want to take the shattered pieces and smash them beyond recognition with infidelity, rather than commit to doing something that could heal the preexistent hurts and perhaps make love grow anew. Looks like you want a justification for hurting the one you promised to be true to as a partner, and friend. Marriage is NOT ALL ABOUT YOU AND YOUR NEEDS! It's about two people promising to love each other through good and bad times, whether they FEEL like it or not. In other words, to be true to your words of love that you spoke to your husband so long ago. If the marriage is dead, then let your husband find someone who can be faithful to him and vice versa with a divorce. Anyone can screw around; that doesn't take any strength of character or moral integrity.

  • No and if there is no way to fix get a divorce b/c if he finds out he can use it against you in court when and if you or he decides to get divorced. He could actually get alimony from you if you cheat and can prove it. So not only is it not a good moral choice it can bite you in your arse way into the future.

  • Why stay in a loveless marriage? Get out. Don't go out and cheat. That's not fair to anyone, even if there is no love. Get out of the marriage and then go on your happy way.
    OR
Talk to your spouse and see if it's ok for you to run around, since there is no love. Maybe, if it's ok with your spouse then there shouldn't be any problems with either one of you messing around.

  • Just put it to bed and end it -- DIVORCE. Then get on with your life.

What if your husband thinks its a loviing marriage? End it respectfully. God luck........
