  • Do you have Microsoft Works by any chance? If you go to "Microsoft works task launcher" under "All programs" on your start launcher, it should have a cardmaking program thats really simple. I use paint.net but its a bit harder to work with... there is a group on here called Paint.Net tutorials that help though, and best yet, paint.net is FREE and once you get the hang of it, its super simple.

  • What price range are you looking for? If you're looking for free then doing a google search for "GIMP" it's a photo editing software that is pretty good and totally free.

  • Go to Wal-Mart  or Walgreens and use their card maker at the photo counter! May not be totally idiot proof, but it has a minimal wage employee that knows how to use the program. The best PC software is complicated for even advanced users. Better still have someone who knows how to do it AND the software make it for you!

  • Walmart.com - it is easy to use, has really cute varied designs, can be 1 hour for 1-sided photo pics for $.40 or about week if folded or with paper on back to write with $.79-1.43 or non 1-hour cards $.33 each - they do a great job & you can print a couple different deigns of your card to choose from & see what they will look like in 1-hour & re-order easily online - we have done all of our photo cards thru them, great system, just crop before importing if you are doing non-folded cards or go back & crop & re-import new picture
