  • if your in a fix try grilled cheese and tomato soup just make sure the soup isn't too hot and the grilled chesse is cut into smaller pieces.Or try crushed up ramen noodles but add about a cup of frozen mixed veggies and maybe some chicken if you have left over chicken.my daughter loves both these.I try to do her fruits as a snack and veggies grains and meats for lunch and dinner.Breakfast is completly a whole different ball game.Oatmeal, apple sauce, toast,Dry cereal with a sippy of milk and a banana.

  • Our daughter eats whatever we eat for the most part. Though, there are those "fend for yourself" days where we do whatever we are in the mood for...

for breakfast, scrambled eggs with cheese are a particular favorite, as are pancakes and french toast (we generally freeze the extras in a baggie, and warm them up in the microwave for a quickie breakfast), ans she LOVES the morning star fake breakfast sausage patties, or, for a quick breakfast, any combination of cheerios or rice krispies, bananas, apples, rasins and other dried fruit (she loves crasins), mango, papaya, yogurt, etc...

  • For lunch, sweet potato "fries", corn, avacado and tomatoes, cucumber slices with dressing, rice, PB&J, mac'n'cheese, tuna salad sandwiches, any fruit, peas, "pizzas" made on english muffins with sauce and cheese, ravioli, tater tots, spinach "pies" (spinach and cheese baked in a crescent roll), soft tacos, pancit and lumpia, egg rolls...

We got lucky, the munchie will eat just about anything, and she loves veggies, spicy foods, international foods...
