  • I had it done and it was the best money I ever spent. When I first started going on I had my chin and lip done- it cost $600 for 5 visits. I then got hooked and had some more hair removed. As for the cost it is just about the same as what you are doing now. It did not really hurt, it feels like some flicking you with an elastic at its worst. You can get some numbing cream to put on before and do not get it done right before your period (sensitive then). I would suggest it for anyone that does not want facial hair. Check out a few places and their prices then go for the one that you feel is the best for you. Good luck! :)

  • Oh I forgot to add...you may have to go for a little maintance and it does not hurt like electrolosis. The place I go to only charges $50 for maintance and it isn't always needed.

  • I just checked into this at a med spa and they said it's $175 a visit and you need about 4 visits...for chin/upper lip. I have not done it but I have a friend that swears by it!! You should do it!!! You are so worth it and if it's effecting you mentally/physically it's something you need to for you! Confindence is everything and you deserve to feel beautiful!! YOU GO GIRL!!! Good luck to you! :-)

  • I've done so much research on this subject lately. I have the same problem and I've been considering laser hair removal. But the side effects of it and high cost kind of held me back. But I am happy now because I found this great product called epicare that doesn't damage skin. it's a small spring that works just like threading in salons, but the best part is that you can use it yourself anytime and don't have to spend tons of money on facial hair removal anymore. I got my epicare on faceauthority.com and I'm very happy with it. Can't believe I used to wax before. Yikes!
