I just had my first baby about 3 months ago. I def gained a little extra weight while prego!! NONE of my size 6 pants or small tops fit... guess thats what I get for the "Hey I'm pregnant now! I can eat whatever I want!!" attitude LOL.. But now I want to lose this chubby belly!! I would usually just skip meals or live on a couple bowls of cereal a day to lose weight.. However, I am breastfeeding and I am told by the doc to get extra calories in me because of it! So how the heck can I diet if I'm suppose to eat more?!!?! And eating fresh fruits and veggies would be great but I'd be the only one eating them at my house, meaning buying smaller amounts so they dont go bad, as well as a few more trips to the grocery store every 2 weeks -which is a nightmare to me, its a nightmare going once!
So, any of you lovely ladies have some advice?? Or am I asking to accomplish the impossible w/ my standards???
