Does tanning make stretch marks worse?

  • no, as a matter of fact, a lot of people tan to try to hide stretch marks
    my experience is no change either way

  • i actually heardon oprah when dr oz was on there that tanning makes cellulite and stretch marks look better...

  • well... ive seen women with stretch marks in the tanning studio... everything was tanned, cept the stretch marks xD lol

  • In my experience, they conceal the marks. I guess everyone is different though and there is no better way for you to find out then to try it!

  • My sis went tanning after she had my neice and her skin was gorgeous... and her strech marks were BRIGHT white. Lol. I felt so bad for her.

  • Tanning can hide your stretch marks unless they are white then they won't tan...It doesn't make them worse...

  • The skin is different in stretched or scarred areas, it does'nt tan the same.I think it has something to do with the pigment change.
