  • I am planning my daughters baby shower for November and we are doing her theme in baby pooh and friends. It is really cute. I purchased everything on line at the link I listed below. They have lots of themes to look at. All so after we purchased her stuff we found it at Party City. I don't know if you have one near you, it not you can purchase a lot of baby shower things at the link pasted below. Good Luck. You having a girl or boy?

  • Why not plan the shower around the seasons or holidays? Say, Trick or Treat goodie bags for the guests, or a cornocopia display if in November? If you're looking for something more kid-specific, teddy bears are always my personal favorite. You could play the cottonball game as "Bear Tails" instead; serve Bear Claws (open face jelly donuts), etc.
Or just subtle colors, without an actual theme. Since you want unisex, mint green and pale yellow always work! Balloons, decor, streamers. And you can serve a salad and lemonade (I know, seasonal, it's COLD outside, who wants lemonade!!!, but hey...)
Check out your local Party Supply store to get some more ideas. Have fun!!

  • for my baby shower, which was unisex, there was no theme, just muted greens, yellows oranges pinks blues.... i loved the way it looked. it was classy without being childish. she did all the table clothes different colors, put the "baby" confetti on them with white tulips in the center. she really didnt do a theme with the food, but did sandwich trays, salads, veggie and fruit trays... if you are looking for invitations/ thank you cards to go with the theme, target has really cute ones. we used little animal ones for mine, because we had done the nursery in animals. have fun and GL!!
